Why is Fast Filing Group on my statement?

Short answer: you (or someone in your business) purchased a filing service from one of our brands. Fast Filing Group LLC operates the specialized filing websites listed below, so charges from any of them can appear on a bank or card statement as FAST FILING GROUP, FFG, or the brand’s own name.

Still don’t recognize the charge?

1. Check with anyone else who handles paperwork for your business. These are business filings, so a partner, office manager, or dispatcher may have placed the order.
2. Contact the brand’s support channel (linked above). They can look up the order, resend your confirmation and documents, and explain the charge. Refunds are handled under the policy posted on the brand site where the purchase was made.
3. Email us at info@fastfilinggroup.com if you are not sure which brand the charge came from. Include the statement description, amount, and date, and we will track it down.
4. If you believe your card was used without authorization, contact your bank as well. We cooperate fully with fraud investigations.
